Orientation: One parent/guardian and the new student must attend a required orientation at DSST: GVR MS, 4800 Telluride St. Building 1. Denver Colorado 80249. Orientation will start promptly at the designated time. If you are unable to attend on your assigned date, please contact our front office as soon as possible. 

• Thursday, April 25th: if your student’s last name starts with A-L from 5:30 pm- 6:30 pm 

• Friday, April 26th: if your student’s last name starts with M-Z from 6:30 pm- 7:30 pm 

Registration should be completed online through DPS Parent Portal; however, DSST: GVR MS will be offering support to families in completing online registration. 

• Early Bird Registration: Online early bird is May 6 - May 24
• In-person registration support will be available July 25 and 26, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

New Student Academy (NSA): NSA opportunity for new-to-DSST students to meet their new classmates and staff members, build community and learn the ropes of DSST. Attending New Student Academy is the best way to prepare for the start of the school year, and is required for all new DSST students.  

• Tuesday, June 11, 2024 and Wednesday, June 12, 2024 from 8:00 am-1:30 pm
• Breakfast and lunch will be served
• Transportation will not be provided
